My passion for travel started at a young age as my family made our annual vacation to Walt Disney World in Florida. It is part of my core memories of childhood.
I took my first international trip at the age of 18 and I haven't looked back. Since then, I have traveled to Bimini, Belize, Bahamas, Cuba, Canada, Dominican Republic, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Honduras, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Peru, Sweden, Tanzania, Turks and Caicos, Switzerland and Russia. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management and completed an internship at Walt Disney World. My experience includes conference and event planning, and over eight years of travel industry experience. My travel advisor specialties include All-Inclusive Resorts, cruises, custom Europe, destination weddings, Disney vacations, group travel, theme parks and travel insurance. I live in central Ohio with my family on a small hobby farm. We love animals and have a German Shorthaired Pointer, three cats, nine chickens (including one grumpy rooster) and two ducks. I am married, have two dogs who are spoiled rotten and two nieces whom I love to pieces. I started traveling with my mom right out of college and have been to many of the national parks out west. I love cruising and all inclusive resorts for the relaxation and ease and never pass up a chance to go to Walt Disney World (I am a kid at heart). I got married at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico so can help you plan your destination wedding or Honeymoon. She is the proud owner of a successful grooming, boarding, and daycare facility for over 19 years (she books a year out!) Shelly is also a devoted wife to her husband Mark and a loving mother to two special needs children, in addition to caring for seven dogs. When she's not working, Shelly enjoys crafting, crocheting, listening to 80's music, and spending time outdoors.
